Nebula Awards 2009 final ballot announced …

February 19, 2010

SFWA has announced the final ballot for the Nebula Awards this year.  An interesting mix, to say the least.

John Scalzi has pulled a nomination for his novella, The God Engines, and a nomination for the Andre Norton Award for Young Adult SF&F for Zoe’s Tale. Scott Westerfeld also got an Andre Norton nomination for Leviathan

Jason Sanford, whom kayleigh and I met at Context a couple of years ago,  received a nomination for his novella, Sublimation Angels. Yay, Jason.

The Bradbury Award for screenwriting  promises to be interesting, with nominations for Avatar, Coraline, Star Trek, District 9, Moon, and Up.
